Shootout at Double R Ranch

Welcome Hunters, the location for Shootout at Double R Ranch is a very unique to region location with tall hills and deep valleys that will test the target acquisition and precision rifle skills of you as a hunter/marksman. We as match directors aim to get you all a fun and rewarding experience. Weather in Wisconsin in April is a hit or miss. Bring rain gear, snow gear, summer attire, you just never know.

No refunds will be available but if you need to sell your slot just keep us in the loop and we can adjust as needed.

RANGE OFFICERS

To help us reward and better secure quality ROs during the 2-day event, vetted individuals will be offered a complimentary match slot for the opportunity to complete all stages in 1-day timeframe (on the RO Shoot Day), for points amongst the other hunters and for prize eligibility. The opportunity at this is set to take place on the competitor Check-in Day.

*If you’re interested in ROing this event, please submit to an RO Application above. Anyone may apply, however, space is limited and not guaranteed. Those who volunteer to RO but are not selected will have the option to purchase a slot.

• 7:00 – 8:00AM – RO Safety brief / PF

• 8:00 – 5:00PM – ROs shoot all stages

HUNTER CHECK-IN

• 2:00 – 5:00PM – Hunter Check-in/Weigh-in/Velocity/Zero.

SATURDAY, APR 19

• 6:30AM – RO brief

• 7:00AM – RO’s to stages

• 7:00AM – Hunter Safety Briefing

• 8:00AM – Hunters on stages

• Lunch Provided

SUNDAY, APR 20

• 8:00AM – Hunters on stages

• Awards begin immediately after match completion.
